MONTE CAPAS - TRIBUTUM - RED - DOC Alentejo Vinho de Talha | 2023

MONTE CAPAS TRIBUTUM Red wine is made with a careful and selected harvest of grapes from the following traditional varieties of the region: Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira.

The grapes were crushed and placed in the traditional clay Talhas. Together with the skins, aged and fermented for at least 6 months, during which the  fermentation process occured naturally without temperature control. This process was carefully monitored.

This wine has the 'DOC Alentejo Vinho de Talha' certification.
